Pax Christi's ICON of Peace - where you live and work!

Bring the Pax Christi Icon of Peace to your Cathedral, parish, community or school during 2009 - 2010. A wonderful focus for prayer, meditation, discussion on the theme of peace and reconciliation. The Icon, made in the Monastery of St John in the Desert, near Jerusalem, was gifted to Pax Christi International in 1999.

We have created this opportunity for Pax Christi Members and Supporters in England and Wales to share in the hosting of the Icon. Download a leaflet here with more practical information and booking form.

Opportunities for volunteering and work camps with other Pax Christi sections

One way to explore how peacemaking works is to join with others working on a common project!  Pax Christi sections and partners in other parts of the world offer opportunities for volunteering and participating in work-camp projects

Download this leaflet to see what is on offer for 2009 and also go to the Young People as Peacemakers page for direct links.
